Parrot Island Specialty Mix for Small Parrots
This is Parrot Island's custom mix for small parrots - cockatiels, lovebirds, parrotlets, etc. This mix contains 2 pounds of Dr. Harvey's Naturals Colossal Cockatiel Food, 1/2 pound of Scenic Bird Food's Hot and Healthy Formula and 1/2 pound of Roudybush's Maintenance Crumble.
Please note: We also highly recommend mixing in 1/2 pound of Harrison's Bird Diet Fine Grind Formula (cost of Harrison's is not included in prices below). This mixture comes in two formulas. The Molting/Juvenile/Specialty Needs Mix is for birds up to 1 year old or who are molting or under stress. The Adult/Low Stress Mix is for birds over 1 year old who are not molting or under stress. We can recommend which Harrison's formula to use.
