- Total number of buildings/units: 75 properties, 5943 units
- Number of smoke-free buildings/units: 74 properties, 5838 units
- Number of smoking residents “Grandfathered” into smoke-free housing: 0
- Date of Adoption: 8/1/2009 for all Homeforward Owned and Managed Public Housing, by Spring 2010 for all other Home Forward Owned or Partnership Properties

All Home Forward properties (owned or in a tax credit partnership) are apartment communities (with the exception of a few single
family homes that we are currently selling). All Home Forward properties, except for one property, have a no smoking policy.
In the traditional public housing subsidized portfolio is comprised of a mix of senior/disabled buildings and townhome apartments.
There are a total of 2003 units/38 properties. All are No Smoking buildings.
In our Affordable housing portfolio, there are 36 propertie/3835 units that have no smoking rules. One property in the affordable
housing portfolio allows indoor smoking (Helen Swindells). There are 17 properties in the Affordable Housing Portfolio have
a mixed of subsidized and/or non subsidized units. The properties in the Affordable Housing portfolio are a mix of apartment
communities and townhome apartments.
