All areas outside of individual resident apartments are designated as smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only in individual resident apartments when the access doors are closed. Smoke which drifts into common areas will not be tolerated. In accordance with the State of Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act (C.R.S. 25-14-204), smoking is not permitted within a 15-foot radius outside access doorways. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in an appropriate refuse container. Cigarette Butts, wrappers or other packaging shall not
be disposed of on the grounds or other common areas. [Grand Living Senior Apartments & Silver Spruce Apartments are considered smoke free both in common areas and individual tenant apartments. Existing tenants residing at the properties prior to the smoke free policies being implemented may be “grandfathered-in” to this policy with regard to their specific residential units; however, following the adoption of smoke free provisions, no new residents are allowed to smoke in individual apartments.]Names and contact information for specific smoke-free buildings/units:
