Notes: This is
a required field, any person who has
a login to the site at mncar.org must
be in one of the above catagories.
The following business rules apply:
1. If the user is MNCAR Member, then
the MNCAR Member Status field is applicable.
For all other types of accounts, the
MNCAR Member type is not applicable.
2. If the user is Alternate Association
Member (Not a MNCAR Member), they
are not allowed to participate in
the forum, but they may or may not
have MCPE Access
3. If the user is an events only member,
they cannot view or participate in
the forum nor have the option for
MCPE Access, nor do the recieve MCPE
member emails.
4. If the user is a paid non-member,
they cannot participate in the forum,
nor can they be allowed MCPE Access.
5. If the user is deleted, their account
should not function, only a MNCAR
admin will be able to change the status
of the account to un-delete them.
Also, these users should not be included
when calculating the number of individuals
associated with a location or company.
6. If the account
type is "Events Only" it
is not mandatory that this individual
is associated with a location or company.
