Please note that Subjects is to be the only manageable field for the files. The rest should be fixed as follows:

For “Lesson type”, the options should be fixed as “Lesson Plan”, “Summative Assessment”, and “Formative Assessment”.

For “Summative Assessment Number”, the options should be fixed as 1, 2, 3, and 4.

And for “Grades”, the options should be fixed as K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
