Project Summary

Client: Hearing Help Audiology Clinic

Project Description: New site for http://www.hearinghelpaud.com

Introduction:
Hearing Help is an audiology clinic that’s primary specialty is helping people with hearing problems so that they get the right advice and help to can hear better and live more easily with their hearing loss. They provide a wide variety of services but primarily help people receive the hearing aids and treatment to help combat hearing loss.

Goals for the website:
The goals of the site are to add credibility to the business with a much more professional looking website that has better information for clients as well as forms  that may be downloaded and filled out to make handling paperwork go more smoothly. The site should help reinforce Hearing Help’s expertise to existing customers and show potential customers that they will get great care and attention if they come in for an evaluation.

Budget approach:
The client is hoping the website takes ~30-40 hours to build as they don’t have a very big budget. The website is pretty simple so hopefully this won’t be too much of a problem. Don’t hesitate to include additional line-items on the estimate if there are simpler ways to do any parts of the site than the way we planned.

Notes:
The client is hosting the site with us.
M
ockups are schematic and can be changed if the development team has an improved or more efficient way for implementing something.

Planned sitemap: user end

-          Home page – mockup 10 – Below the site header, this page has a big sliding banner area with an image, editable text, and link to other pages (mockup 12 shows another banner). The whole banner area should link to a URL or a different page on the site. There are also a few content blocks (or if better, one block for the three areas of content) on the home page: welcome content, appointments, and other locations.

-          Drop-downs – Mockup 11 – Use simple drop-downs like in mockup

-          About Dr. Fors – mockup 20 – This is an example of a content-only page on the site. Note that on the right-hand side there should be a banner showing off their locations as well as an appointment banner.

-          Our Services – Mockup 30 – Content-only page (notice the testimonial right-hand side banner)

-          Our Process – Mockup 40 – Content-only page

-          Manufacturers – Mockup 50 – could be content-only or manufacturers could be manageable (with logo image, name, and link) as items on the admin end so please estimate both ways.

-          News & Press – Mockup 60 – standard news & events page that lists news items manageable on admin site

-          Testimonials – Mockup 70 – could be content-only or manageable like a FAQ so please estimate both ways

-          FAQ – Mockup 80 – standard FAQ page manageable on admin end

-          Online Forms – Mockup 90 – we envision this as a content-only page

-          Contact – mockup 100 – simple form and editable content block and editable locations block. The “reason for contact” should be manageable on admin end but also estimate it as just being an editable text line.

Planned sitemap: admin end

The admin mockups should hopefully make sense given the developer notes in red. The site is quite basic but if there are question, please don’t hesitate to ask and the AT will clarify them.
