Once again I write to my fantastically loyal client base at the end of yet another challenging year for us all. Gerrard has experienced some amazing events during 2012, from the
Queens Jubilee celebration's, where we worked on security detail, to our first year as
Wimbledon's chauffeur supplier and of course the amazing ...
Olympic Games, where a 40 strong dedicated chauffeur team worked with the official Olympic vehicles around the clock.
All of these events were a complete success and have demonstrated once again that Gerrard is the very best chauffeur drive company in the London market!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our clients for their fantastic support throughout 2012, many of you have been with us for over a decade. Your custom, loyalty and commitment to Gerrard is much appreciated and will never be taken for granted, I continue to strive for even better services in 2013.
Next year we will take delivery of the first batch of the NEW Mercedes E Class Hybrid Vehicles which will enable us to deliver a premium executive service with the environmental requirements many clients now seek.
We will also be purchasing a new fleet of S Class Mercedes as our high end work continues to grow.
We are also researching the possibility of installing WI-FI across our entire fleet. On this issue I would really appreciate your comments on whether you believe this is something that would be of real benefit to your travellers. As this will be a significant investment and I want to ensure that our travellers have the opportunity to express their views before implementation.
In addition to these investments we are continuing with our program of updating our IT and on- line capabilities to deliver enhancements to our current infrastructure and will be announcing improved functionality throughout the year.

 We are now entering the period of the staff Christmas Party Season our Events Team are already quoting on a number of parties/events ranging from 15 to 600 people that will need to either get to the event or home or both!
No matter how large or small your Christmas Event is this year, let our Events Team help you plan your transport requirements.
 We'll work within your budgets, we can provide On- Site Services, we can plan and cost multi- drops on a car sharing scheme and we can provide coaches and mini buses for transfers if necessary.

Christmas & New Year Charges
Gerrard will be fully operational throughout the entire Christmas and New Year period although we strongly recommend you book your travel over this period as early as possible as we do run a restricted service.

From 8pm 31st December - 8am 2nd January - 100% surcharge
