We operate a 100% Mercedes Company owned fleet, with an average age of 18 months our fleet is the youngest in our industry all with the highest specification.

As of Q1 2011 our current fleet is 50 vehicles strong with a planned growth program of a further 20 new vehicles throughout 2011.




All Gerrard chauffeurs are handpicked by our Fleet Manager and Chairman Simon Beecroft, we recruit only the very best from the market place and never compromise on our quality requirements. All chauffeurs undergo extensive in house training and we aim for them to adopt our culture and aspirations very early into their Gerrard career.

We offer a dedicated chauffeur service to our clients if they wish to be cared for by the same driver as well as a preferred chauffeur program at no extra cost. All chauffeurs are trained to the highest topographical standards and have further training on specific requirements for our clients.

We are confident that our chauffeurs are excellent managers as well as fantastic drivers, we like to feel that all requests are met with a can do approach no matter what the circumstances.




As our client's requests become ever more technology driven, so must our approach, we work tirelessly to seek new ways of offering our customers real differentiators that add value to their businesses. We invoice our clients in many formats; we provide quality Management Information, as well as offering real time reports on any given journey.

Our vehicles are fitted with the latest GPS tracking facility that gives us total control and peace of mind knowing exactly where any vehicle is at any time. Our dispatch system has been developed in house, allowing us to upgrade and tailor package any requirement that a client may have.

All our chauffeurs receive work via the Blackberry Curve, which is done in both E/mail and SMS which is integrated into our dispatch system. We operate on several Ground Transport Platforms for those clients that seek a multi vendor approach to their requirements and will always work with incumbent suppliers in a partnership approach. Although we believe we are the best at what we do, we respect our competitors markets and try to enhance supply rather than just replace.
