Debra joined Mary Kay as a part time beauty consultant in March 1990 while maintaining her fulltime position as a deli/seafood manager in Minneapolis. She earned her first career car 3 years later and became a full time Sales Director just 3 months after that in October 1993 and has never looked back. Now twelve cars lat-er, 6 of them pink Cadillac's, several diamond rings, along with many other wonderful prizes, she is moving forward on her quest for National Sales Director to develop leaders and help enrich as many women’s lives as she can touch. 

Debra is married to her best friend, Mark, for 20 years and they have two beautiful children: RJ who is 14 and Berit who is 12. The family also includes their yellow lab, Dexter.

One of the highlights of Deb’s career was personally meeting Mary Kay Ash, the lady herself and to be trained by her personally. Mary Kay taught her so many valuable lessons but most importantly to live your life by the golden rule, which is to treat others the way you would wish to be treated yourself.

Debra has proudly represented the Allison AllStars in the prestigious $450,000 Circle of Achievement in 2011 and 2010, the $400,000 Circle in 2008 & 2009 as well as $350,000 Circle twice and the $300,000 four years.
