1 Planning & Design
After an initial meeting to understand your business and goals, we kick off projects by agreeing on a planning & design budget. The purpose of this phase is to agree on an optimal plan, structure, and design before your website is built. This ensures that you've at least considered available web-based opportunities to help your business grow and that your website will be easy to use and easy to manage.
2 Development & Testing
After we work with you to determine exactly what to include in the initial build of your project, we develop the site. In this phase, our programming team writes all the code for your site and develops all the appropriate databases and system integration tools so that your project will look and function exactly as it was planned. Our testers also fully test every part of your site so that it meets our high quality standards. When it's ready, we host your new website on a preview server (we call this your Beta site). You can review the site and finalize the content before we go live.
3 Site Completion
Once your Beta site is ready, we train and work with you to be sure you're comfortable making changes with the administrative tool and performing other business operations effectively. Any temporary content on your site should be replaced so that it's ready for the public. We go over remaining questions and make any final fixes and/or changes your site needs before going live. We help you strategically plan a date to "go live" and then launch your new website accordingly.
